以前有概念機及規格刊登，目前全不拿掉只刊登以下訊息: http://www.sigma-dp1.com/ 「Get ready for a camera that belongs to no known category. The camera no one's made before.」、「now, a dreams come true.」、「The arrival of the SIGMA DP1.
